1. Shopping & Orders

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our range of products, click on your desired item, choose the quantity, and then click 'Add to Cart'. Once you've added all items you wish to purchase, go to the cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I change my order once it’s placed?

A: If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our ‘Track Order’ page to see the status of your shipment.

2. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other widely-used payment methods. All payment methods available will be displayed at checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure all transactions are encrypted and secure.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?

A: There are no shipping costs for our products.  If you have any shipping needs i.e. special delivery, please get in contact via the contact us page.

Q: When will I receive my order? A: For UK orders placed before 5pm on a weekday, items are shipped the same day via 1st class post, with expected next working day delivery. For Europe, delivery takes 3-7 working days, and for the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We adhere to the UK distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. For more detailed information, please see our Return Policy.

Q: How will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Q: Are the PuchiKit products safe for all eyewear? A: Yes, PuchiKit products are designed to be compatible with a wide range of eyewear, including polarised lenses. However, always read the product description and directions for clarity.

Q: What if I lose a screw from my eyewear? A: We've got you covered! PuchiKit offers a screw kit for replacing lost screws on eyewear frames.
